iQoo Neo 9s Pro is tipped to feature MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC

iQoo Neo 9 Pro, which was launched in India a few months ago, looks to be getting its successor, at least in the Chinese market. Tagged as Neo 9S Pro, this phone has appeared in a few leaks in the past, but now more details about this upcoming phone have been revealed. It has been revealed that, the phone may be available in two models, the first phone may be named iQoo Neo 9s Pro and the second may be named iQoo Neo 9s Pro+. More details about both these smartphone models have now been leaked thanks to the recent MediaTek developer conference.

This information comes through several posts by well-known tipster Digital Chat Station on Chinese microblogging platform Weibo. For starters, the Neo 9s Pro series, as per the current leaks, is said to consist of two models – Neo 9s Pro and Neo 9s Pro+. according to a Post According to the tipster, who also leaked several images of the phone, the iQoo Neo 9s Pro will feature a tall display with a narrow overall form factor. It is also reported here that the iQoo Neo 9s Pro will get the newly launched MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC that offers a maximum clock speed of 3.4GHz. The specs of iQoo Neo 9s Pro are also said to be very similar to Vivo X100s which have been revealed in many leaks recently.

Meanwhile, in the other PostThe tipster mentions that the iQoo Neo 9s Pro will feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K display (2800 x 1260 pixels). It is said to have 120W fast charging and two 50-megapixel rear facing cameras.

Finally, the tipster also suggests in another Post iQoo Neo 9s Pro+ will feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The chipset is currently available in some premium devices in India, including the iQoo 12 that was launched in India late last year.

iQoo Neo 9 Pro, which was launched in India in February this year, is a mid-range phone powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display and dual rear-facing cameras. The primary camera has a 50-megapixel sensor while the ultrawide camera has an 8-megapixel sensor. The responsibility of selfie is 16 megapixel camera. The phone packs a 5,160mAh battery that supports 120W SuperVOOC charging and also offers IP54 certification for dust and water resistance.
