Several tournaments in India were suspended or postponed in India on Friday due to the recent increasing border tension between India and Pakistan.
Pakistan on Thursday night targeted several areas and launched a series of coordinated drones and missile attacks along the western border of India. Later in the day, the inaugural edition of Neeraj Chopra Classic 2025, which was held on May 24 at the Sri Kantarwa Stadium in Bengaluru, was postponed to the next notice due to increasing tension between the two neighboring countries.
