IPL 2024 Format

The Tata IPL 2024 follows the famous round-robin format. In this format, the ten teams compete against each other in the League stage. Each team plays seven home matches and seven matches during this stage.

The top four teams will then advance to the playoffs. There will be four matches in the playoffs. The first one will be Qualifier 1, where the teams ranked first and second will compete against each other. The Eliminator will be for the teams in third and fourth position. Qualifier 2 will be played between the loser of Qualifier 1 and the winner of Eliminator. Lastly, we will have the final, played between Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 winners.
