On Friday, Union Minister of State for Health and Ayush (Independent Charge), Pratapro Jadhav assured that the Center is fully prepared to handle any situation that may arise.
“Our Central Health Department and Ministry of AYUSH are completely cautious and are closely monitoring the situation in all states. We have spoken to the concerned Health and AYUSH secretaries along with other concerned ministers,” Jadhav told ANI.
He said that the infrastructure developed during the earlier Kovid -19 waves has been reviewed and preparations are underway to deal with any incident.
He said, “We have reviewed the infrastructure manufactured during earlier Kovid waves, such as oxygen plants and ICU beds, and have already started preparations. Our health systems are well equipped and ready to handle any situation that can be generated in response to Kovid,” he said. (AI)
