The Indian Embassy in Canada stabbed an Indian citizen in the Rockland region of Canada near Ottawa in the Rockland region of Canada on Saturday morning. According to the embassy, a suspect has been taken into custody.

Local media reports suggested that one person died in Clarence-Rockland this morning and the other was arrested. However, it is not yet clear whether this is the same incident that the Indian Embassy has referred to its post.
CBC News reported that Ontario Provincial Police has warned the residents of Rockland to expect an increase in the presence of police in the area.
