Indian immigrants now the largest number of AI founders in America: See here

An IFP analysis suggests that the Top AI-related startups on the Forbes AI 2025 list were 25 out of 42 companies, or 60%of the list, or co-installed by immigrants.

In addition, the founders of these companies come from 25 countries. India is leading the list with nine founders, followed by China with eight founders, then with three founders. There are two founders of each in Australia, UK, Canada, Israel, Romania and Chile.

When it comes to Openai, it is co-founder Elon Musk, who is from South Africa, Ilya was born in Sutaskewar, Canada and Databrix, whose co-founders come from Iran, Romania and China.

The analysis shows that the role played by foreign -born scientists and engineers has been shown to shape the American technical industry and more.

The National Science Board, which advises the White House and the Congress on Science and Engineering Research and Education Policy, has said that “foreign-birth talent is, and remains, STEM is the key to American strength” and should invest more in training domestic STEM workers.
