It also said the Cabinet “unequivocally condemns this cowardly and dastardly act which has led to the loss of innocent lives.”

This came as Mr Modi on Wednesday visited LNJP Hospital, where blast survivors were undergoing treatment after returning from a trip to Bhutan.
