Marius Borg Hobby will be likely to test in early 2026 and is facing a prison of up to 10 years if found guilty.
The 28-year-old Crown Princess Met-Marit and The Waris’s step son are the son, the throne, Crown Prince Hakon.
Hobby is accused of attacking four women between 2018 and 2024, while she was asleep and was reportedly shot during R*PES.
“All alleged attacks allegedly took place after intercourse, while women were sleeping,” the Guardian said.
He is also accused of a former partner, violence against violence, harassing peace, barbarity and violating orders.
Public prosecutor Sterla Heinricusbo said, “The fact that Marius Borg is a member of the Hobby Royal Family, of course, does not mean that he should be treated more lightly or more seriously, if similar acts were performed by others,” said Public Prosecutor Sterla Henrixbo.
Hobby’s counsel said, “Our customer has denied most of the allegations about all allegations of S*Xual misuse. He will present a detailed description of his version of the incidents before the court.”

Norwegian prosecutors announced on Monday that they convicted the eldest son of Norway Crown Princess in several allegations including rape after a long investigation.
Broadcaster NRK said that Oslo State Attorney Sterlla Heinriquesbo said that Marius Borg Hobby could be sentenced to 10 years of jail.
The prosecution filed in the Oslo District Court includes 32 counts, including rape, misconduct against one former partner and violence against the other. Other allegations include death threats and traffic violations.
Crown Princess Met-Marit’s 28-year-old son and The Waris’s half-son Hobby, Crown Prince Haukon, has no royal title or official duty. He has been investigating since he was arrested repeatedly on various allegations of wrongdoing. He is a free pending test, and Henriquusbo said that there is no reason to arrest him and to jail at present.
The NRK reported that Henriquusbo estimates that the test may begin in mid -January and take about six weeks.
Defense lawyer Petar Sacculic said in an email response to the prosecution that “our customers deny all allegations of sexual abuse, as well as most of the allegations about violence.” He said the hobby “would present a detailed description of the version of his versions to the court.”
