Veteran cinema star Dharmendra says he has suffered a fracture in his ankle and hopes he will recover soon.
According to reports, the 88-year-old actor shared a picture of his injured leg on microblogging site X on Friday morning, but deleted it soon after.
“Firoze, I have a fracture in my ankle. With your prayers, I will be healthy again soon,” he later replied when a social media user expressed concern over his health. He did not disclose when and where he got injured. Last September, there were speculations that the veteran actor was in the US for medical treatment, a claim he refuted by informing fans that he was on leave and would return soon.
Dharmendra was most recently seen in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, fronted by Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. The screen icon will next be seen in Sriram Raghavan’s Ikkis.
