Inspector General of Police Kashmir Zone VK Burdi-IPS today reviewed the arrangements for Sanji 2025, Muharram and other upcoming programs during a meeting held at the Conference Hall of Police Control Room Kashmir.
The meeting was attended by Dig CKR Rajeev Pandey-IPS, Dig NKR Mr. Maksud ul Zaman-IPS, Dig Screw Javed Iqbal Matu, SSP PCR Kashmir, all district SSSPs and other officials of Kashmir region.
At the beginning of the meeting, the participating officials gave information about the chair on the security arrangements planned for the smooth and peaceful conduct of Shri Amarnath ji Yatra -2025, Muharram and other important events. The authorities shared valuable insight by previous experiences, emphasized the need for strong communication channels, spontaneous coordination between forces and advanced real -time monitoring systems. The discussion focuses on strengthening existing security infrastructure, enhancing monitoring strategy and optimizing the deployment of personnel with major places.
IGP Kashmir conducted a detailed review of the security structure and directed the authorities to ensure the installation of CCTV cameras at all strategic places. He emphasized the need for adequate manpower deployment in each camp and sensitive areas to maintain a safe environment.
The VK Burdi emphasized the importance of intelligence-managed operations, timely assessment and the importance of active measures to reduce potential risks to ensure the safety of all participants.
The meeting ended with a strong commitment to all the officials to ensure smooth and peaceful conduct of upcoming incidents.
