Iran will respond to any future US attack by attacking American military bases in the Middle East, supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said on Thursday, in his first television comments since a ceasefire between Iran and Israel.
According to a report published by Reuters, 86 -year -old Khameni claimed a victory after 12 days of the war, after the concluding Iranian attack on the largest American basis in Qatar, after joining the Israeli strike of Washington.
“Islamic Republic slapped America on his face. It attacked one of the important American bases in the region,” Khamenei said.
