Sports fans across Europe have paid their respects as the iconic TV show bid farewell over the Christmas holidays after 38 years on the air.
Trans World Sport gained a cult following in the 1990s and early 2000s for its early morning weekend coverage of niche sports and emerging athletes around the world Channel 4.
However, showrunners revealed in a post on social media on Boxing Day that the show will end for the final time in 2025, releasing footage of some of its most memorable moments.
Trans World Sport is known for introducing audiences to lesser-known international sports, such as the traditional Indian sport of Kabaddi.
The show also discovered many emerging teenage talents, interviewing Usain Bolt, Tiger Woods and Neymar a few years before he became a global star.
