Ice Spice is excited about friend Taylor Swift’s new album tortured poets departmentreleased on Friday, April 19th.
The 24-year-old rapper, born Isis Naija Gaston, is sure to stir excitement when he takes the stage during the second week of Coachella.
A fan-made video circulating on X (formerly Twitter) captures the moment Ice Spice begins performing a remix of Swift’s 2022 song, Karmathey collaborated on it.
As the song started playing to cheers from the audience, Ice Spice asked the audience, “Have you all heard Taylor’s new album?”
Of course, she’s referring to Swift’s newly released 11th studio album, tortured poets departmentreleased just one day before Ice Spice’s Coachella performance.
“Shout out to Taylor Swift! My wonderful sister,” Ice Spice added.
Then she started singing the song and the crowd erupted in cheers.
Ice Spice also performed the song during the first weekend of Coachella. During her performance, Swift and her NFL superstar boyfriend Travis Kelce watched from the crowd.
The pals were spotted hanging out at the festival together after Ice Spice’s set.
