A large pool provides relief from the heat. There is also a dedicated pool for kids and a shallow area in the main pool, big enough for laps. The on-site kids club accepts children aged four and over and there is no need to book a session. It has an indoor arena and an outdoor playpark. Children under four years of age must be accompanied by a parent. Special sessions like morning yoga are also taught there. On site, there is a small shop that sells everyday essentials including cereals, bread, milk, pasta and some cold cuts, cheese and fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as clothes and toys for the pool or beach. A gelato parlor serves around 20 flavours. There is a small gym, and morning yoga sessions are taught in the grassy area under the olive trees; There is no need to sign up in advance.

Candia Park has 18 disabled rooms that are fully adapted with wide doors and converted bathrooms. The entire property except the beach is wheelchair accessible, and all disabled rooms are located on the ground floor for easy access. However, it is worth noting that there are traditional stone walkways throughout the hotel. Handicapped bathrooms are available in all public areas (except the pool bar area).
