In charge of the adventurous, creative cocktail list is bar manager, Anton Vindmar, who has been named Sweden’s Best Bartender in 2024. “The Metalcaster” is a blend of gin, sea buckthorn, rosemary, sweet vermouth and a bright punch of chilli clarified through milk; For some florals, “The Gardener” is a blend of vodka and herbal liqueurs with mint, coriander, white raisins and lemon verbena – all easy to drink, with flavors that linger on the tongue.
Guests have breakfast on the veranda, where large glass windows offer views of the coast. It’s an impressive buffet spread, including refined meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and a range of hot options. Coffee and tea are delivered to your table instantly.
