Hudson’s Gulf, the lender says that landlords fight Ruby Liu because due to ‘reverse objectives’

Toronto – One of the Gulf of Hudson and its top lenders, is accusing a BC billionaire of “inverted objectives” to a BC billionaire to sell 25 leases.

In the new court documents, the Defunk Department Store and Lander Pathlight Capital argue that the landlord does not want Ruby Liu Bay Pattas as the properties will return to them to come back to come back to them as they want.

If they get the control of their properties back, the pathlight argues as to how the landlords will be freed from lease restrictions, how their spaces can be used.

Pathlite says that many objectionable landlords have plans to redevelop bay properties for commercial, office, residential and recreational uses.

Pathlite and Bay will take these arguments to court next week, to determine if Luu must be able to buy leases.

Zamindars say it should not be able to move forward as his business plan for his spaces is unrealistic and is not supported by the cash or experience required to launch and run a new department store.
