A former executive of a prominent gaming company has been sentenced to death for the 2020 murder of founder Lynch. In December 2020, Xu Yao was found guilty of poisoning Mr Qi’s food following a professional dispute. The Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court made the above judgment.
