Hospital owners arrested on suspicion of murder in Lucy Latbi investigation

Three people have been arrested on suspicion of killing gross negligence after investigating Lucy Latbi murders.

The 35 -year -old former nurse, 15 is working for the killing of seven infants and attempting to kill seven other people in the Countse of Chester Hospital between June 2015 and June 2016.

Cheshire Constabulary said on Tuesday that three members of the Senior Leadership Team at the Counts of Czech Hospital between 2015 and 2016 have now been arrested between 2015 and 2016 on suspicion of killing gross negligence between 2015 and 2016.

Senior Investigating Officer Detective Superintendent Paul Hughes said: “After the long test of Lucy Latbi in October 2023 and later, after the sentence, Cheshire Constabulary launched an investigation in the corporate mangeloper in the Counts of Chester Hospital (COCH).

“It focuses on senior leadership and their decision making to determine whether any criminality relates to an increased levels of deadly levels.

“In March 2025, the scope of investigation also includes the murder of gross negligence.

“It is a separate offense for corporate mangelopar and focuses on disgusting careless action or inaction of individuals. It is important to note that it does not affect the convicts of Lucy Latbi for many crimes of murder and attempt to murder.

“As part of our ongoing inquiry, three persons who were part of the senior leadership team in 2015-2016 on Monday 30 June were arrested on suspicion of gross negligence.

“The three have later pending further inquiries.

“Both the investigatives of the investigation continue to both corporate mangilator and the elements of gross negligence and there is no time for these.

“Our investigation of infants death and non-fatal collapse in new birth units of both the counties and liverpool women’s hospital between 2012 and 2016 is also under investigation.”
