Hm amit shah slams rahul gandhi’s Voter adhikar yatra, calls it ‘Infiltrator Saving Campaign’

Patna, September 18 (IANS) Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday launched a sharp attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on his recently concluded voter Adhikar Yatra and called it as a savings campaign of intruders.

“Rahul Gandhi did not come to Bihar on a voter Adhikar Yatra, but on an ‘Save the intruders’. His tour was not about education, jobs, electricity or roads for Bihar, but about protecting infiltrators from Bangladesh.

The Union Minister asked the BJP workers to give this message to the people.

“Should intruders have the right to vote? Should they get free ration, jobs, housing, and Ayushman Bharat Medical Treatment, while the youth of our country are left behind?” He asked.

Accusing the opposition of misleading people, Union Minister Shah said, “Rahul Gandhi and the company are giving jobs to vote-bank intruders instead of our youth. If the government (opposition-linked) government is formed by mistake, fatal will spread everywhere in Bihar.”

He said that the BJP will never allow SC/ST/OBC reservation system to disintegrate, saying that “as long as a BJP MP is in Parliament, reservation will be preserved.”

He also praised the dedication of the Prime Minister, given that Narendra Modi has worked as Chief Minister and Prime Minister for 24 years without a day’s holiday.

In an indirect swipe in Rahul Gandhi, he said, “Some leaders cannot sleep if they do not go abroad every six months. But PM Modi always kept the country first, then party, then party workers – never their family.”

Union Minister Shah also responded to the national minister Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, who recently questioned the work of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

“Lalu Prasad Yadav asked what PM Modi has done so far. I want to remind him – between 2004 and 2014, when he was the Union Minister, Bihar received Rs 2.8 lakh crore from the Center.

Assuming that in the 2020 assembly elections, the BJP had a weak demonstration in Magadh and Shahabad areas, Union Minister Shah urged his party workers to ensure a strong election performance this time.

He said, “We should ensure the victory of NDA in more than 80 percent of the seats here. All workers should vow that 80 percent of these seats go to BJP,” he said.

Union Minister Shah addressed BJP workers from Magadh regions in Shahabad and Dehri in Bihar, where they welcomed the achievements of the Narendra Modi government.

“Can you imagine that a Ram temple would be built in Ayodhya in 11 years? South Dhruva and its name is ‘Shiv Shakti Point’,” he said.

The Union Home Minister highlighted the rise of India on the global platform, claiming that the Indian economy has been ranked from 11th to fourth position under the leadership of PM Modi.

He also announced that Sita Mata Temple is being built in a Sitamari of Rs 800 crore.

He said, “By reducing GST rates, the burden on the kitchen of mothers and sisters has reduced by 20 percent. The poor of Bihar have benefited the most, 81 crore people across India received free ration,” he said.

Lying the welfare measures of the NDA government, Union Minister Shah said, “Under Ayushman Bharat, 56 crore bank accounts were opened for poor, 42 crore beneficiaries, 15 crore houses built tap water, 12 crore houses, gas connections in 10 crore houses, given to four crore people and

He predicted a huge victory for the NDA in the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar, saying, “This time our majority will be such that the opposition will be completely marginalized. Tejashvi Yadav will not dare to contest the next assembly elections.”

Union Minister Shah targeted RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav directly, “The government of ransom, kidnapping, and murder can never bring prosperity. Bihar needs a government under Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar. Only this double-engine government can ensure development.”

The program was also attended by Deputy Chief Minister Emperor Chaudhary, BJP President Dilip Jaiswal, Minister Santosh Singh and Prem Kumar, party in-charge Bhikubhai Palsania, former MP Gopal Narayan Singh, and MLC Nivedita Singh, others.
