Criminal defense lawyer Nick Cake, who is not involved in the case, spoke to Citinuse as to what could happen if Henry is granted bail.
“Probation for him will probably remain the same, which also showed probation before this new set of allegations.” “If he is released on bail, a condition would surely be that he will have to report to his probation officer either within 24 hours or immediately after his release. And he will be given, if released on bail, on bail, a set of conditions and conditions to follow the bail court. So essentially, the person will now have two sets.”
Henry is scheduled to appear in court through video link on Monday, where the bail hearing is likely to be determined.
