Health and Education Minister, Saqina Itu said on Wednesday that the government is monitoring the prevailing weather conditions and will take a call for the initial summer break for schools as per the situation.
Talking to reporters here, Itu-Kashmir News Observer (KNO), according to the news agency, said, “The school education department is monitoring the weather conditions. If we found that early summer brakes are required, we will call accordingly.”
“It’s only two days of the summer wave. If the heatwave continues, we will take a call accordingly,” he said.
Regarding tourism, Itu said, “Tourism is very famous in Kashmir and we want more and more tourists to come here and enjoy nature.”
Meanwhile, the minister said that its committee has completed the reservation report which will be presented in the cabinet in which it will be discussed.
