The police have filed a charge sheet in court in the stampede case in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. However, the name of Narayan Sakar Hari alias Bhole Baba alias Surajpal does not appear in this charge sheet. It is learned that a stampede occurred in the satsang area of ​​Surajpal in which 121 people were killed. The accident occurred on July 2 at Mughaldi Phulrai in Sikandrarau area of ​​the district.
In the chargesheet, the police named officials of the committee organizing the Satsang and others as accused. After a 91-day investigation, a total of 11 people were charged. The name of Narayan Sakar Hari alias Surajpal Baba does not appear in this chargesheet. Police have filed a 3,200-page charge sheet in connection with the deaths of 121 people.

The names of those accused in the police charge sheet are as follows: Dev Prakash Madhukar, Megh Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Manju Devi, Manju Yadav, Ram Ladaite, Upendra Singh, Sanju Kumar, Ram Prakash Shakya, Durvesh Kumar and Dalveer Singh. Currently, Manju Devi and Manju Yadav have been granted bail from the High Court. He has not yet been released after the documents were filed.
Let us tell you that the CO city is investigating the case registered at Sikandrarau police station. Sardar Kotwal Vijay Kumar Singh has been appointed as Assistant Investigator. The SIT also recorded the statements of 150 eyewitnesses in the case. Statements from family members of victims of the stampede were also recorded.

It is noteworthy that even in the FIR registered in the stampede incident, the name of Narayan Sakar Hari Bhole Baba alias Surajpal is not there. The charge sheet is only against the arrested accused, except Sarkar Hari. The court will hear the chargesheet filed on October 4.
A case was booked against chief Sevadar Dev Prakash Madhukar and others for manslaughter, assault causing death, causing grievous hurt, hostage-taking, violation of prohibitory order and concealment of evidence.
