Officials said a bus occurred with an accident in Behanipora Rajwar area of Handwara on Wednesday, killing one person and injured nine others, the officials said.
The deceased has been identified as a local teacher Irshad Ahmed Lone, who was killed on the spot.
The injured were taken to GMC Handwara for treatment. Their position is called stable. (KNS)
