Hamilton Police are ready to provide a public update today 21 -year -old Harisimrat Randhawa’s murderAn international student of India who was shot badly on April 17, waiting for the bus on the upper James Street.
A student at seductive college was on his way to work, when a stray bullet shot him during a firing between two vehicles near the upper James Street and South Bend Road intersection. Police say he was an innocent caught in a crossfire.
The shooting took place around 7:30 pm on 17 April and included a Black Mercedes SUV and a white Hyundai Ithra. According to investigators, the SUV passenger fired several shots on the sedan residents.
In the days after the incident, the Hamilton police recovered both vehicles, it is believed to be involved. Hyundai was found in the North Western Toronto with the help of Toronto Police, while Mercedes SUV was located in Central Hamilton.
No arrests have been made till date. The police have approached the area to contact the area with security or dashed footage between 7:15 pm and 7:45 pm on 17 April.
