Terrifying moment as a huge great white shark circles around a fisherman’s small boat

A fisherman captured the incredible moment when a huge great white shark surrounded his small boat.
Rodney Pacitti dropped a line off the Glitter Strip in the Gold Coast earlier this week when a 5m white pointer appeared swimming directly under and alongside his boat.
“Oh shit, look how big this shark is below me – wow!” you hear the fisherman say excitedly.
“That’s unbelievably big. Is that a white pointer?’
Rodney Pacitti had a terrifying encounter while fishing off the Gold Coast’s Glitter Strip (photo, drone shot of shark next to Pacitti’s boat)
“I won’t lie, I just got a little nervous,” he adds.
Mr. Pacitti then switches cameras to show a shot of his boat from above, with the shark next to him exceedingly measuring the entire length of the boat.
“Far away, look how big that is. Holy smoke, it’s huge! Wow, look how big he is, he’s as big as my boat’, you hear him say.
“Such a big shark isn’t interested in bait, is it?”
The shark then lost interest in the tinny one, sailing behind the boat before swimming next to the fisherman again.
Mr Pacitti shared a photo of the encounter online, with the caption: ‘My boat just got a little smaller’.
“The feeling of being circled by such an amazing and large shark was quite unreal… and then the day just got better and better!”
“I just had the best time ever,” he wrote.
The huge shark was almost as big as the little tinny Mr. Pacitti, who swam under and surrounded the fisherman
