“I know that people are paying a huge rupee to go to these concerts and if they are being told that additional trains are going to be, should they not leave those trains after the concert?” He said.
“People often find that they are left a little bit in the dark on the plan of the route.”
When it comes to additional train service, Sergen appreciated the move to add additional trains, but said that the situation needs to be better.
“I think this is a lesson for metrolinx and for transit that they need to adjust their program so that people can actually get from this site, which is very difficult to get,” he said.
