“We are disposing of cases every day and getting more quick compensation for the most complex cases, but the work is not done until every postmaster has objectively and just the prevention.”

Post Office CEO Neil Brockleharst said: “I welcome the news that more than £ 1 billion has been paid to the victims of the horizon.

“Every week we are seeing more people receiving our last settlements so that they can start looking beyond this painful chapter of their life.

“And finally, for someone else who think they can be affected, I encourage you to come forward and apply for prevention.”
