Man, this man is actually a piece of work, isn’t it?

Allow me to give some background …

In September 2024California implemented a set of laws for the purpose of regulating misconduct AI-Janit DeepfecEspecially in political and sexually clear places:

  • AB 2655 (Defense of democracy from the Deepfek fraud act) large online platforms are required Remove or label misleading, digitally converted material Elections related to elections, and establish a reporting mechanism – and enforcement powers to seek prohibitory orders for officers,

  • AB 2839 Extend the time-limit and scope-no one was allowed to sue for the distribution of physically misleading AI-generated political materials,

  • AB 2355 Compulsory Disclosure When the election advertisements were replaced or largely replaced,

These laws were a direct response to the spread of AI ARED -borne political content.

This will be three bills passed in the law from the stroke of Gavin Newsom’s pen.

Ok.

What these laws did, it is appropriate to say that they usually ban and punish anyone by sharing “misleading or digital political materials” – that is, no fake news.

I think of those laws (I think they are wildly unconstitutional), the fact that Gavin Newsom liked him and signed him in the law.

So surely he would like to follow himself, isn’t it?

There is an “Governor Newsom Press Office” account on Twitter which has recently been popped up and is trying to take the posts of President Trump (and fail.

This is really cringe and shows that Democrats do not have any kind of creativity and definitely do not understand humor, but bless them to try God!

And I am not a legal scholar, but I would say that it was originally designed to restrict and punish those three laws, will you not say that?
