Geekbench listing shows Vivo Pad 3 will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC

The Vivo Pad 3 has allegedly been spotted on the Geekbench website, suggesting that the Android tablet may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. The listing shares more possible specs of the rumored tablet, including Android 14 operating system and 16GB of onboard memory. Vivo Pad 3 is expected to launch alongside Vivo X Fold 3. It is considered the successor to last year’s Vivo Pad 2.

Vivo tablet with model number PA2473 has been spot On the Geekbench benchmarking website, this model is believed to belong to the upcoming Vivo Pad 3. The listing reveals that the tablet comes with 16GB RAM and Android 14 operating system. It scored 2,223 in the single-core test and 7,547 in the multi-core test.

According to the listing, the processor of Vivo Pad 3 is clocked at 3.25GHz. Triple-core is capped at 2.85GHz, and quad-core is capped at 2.00GHz. These CPU speeds relate to the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.

The presence of 16GB RAM and Dimensity 9300 SoC will be a significant upgrade from last year’s Vivo Pad 2. The predecessor was powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC and had a maximum of 12GB RAM.

The Vivo Pad 2 starts at CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 29,800) for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage.

It runs OriginOS 3 based on Android 13 and has a 12.1-inch 2.8K LCD screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz. It comes with a 13-megapixel primary rear camera and a 2-megapixel macro shooter.
