California Governor Gavin Newsom trolls President Donald Trump on Christmas Eve The Justice Department’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein file release.Which has been disrupted due to huge cuts and delays.

Governor completes one year of mocking the President by posting a short video Pages and pages of feedback late in files convicted sex offender caseCut with footage from Trump was talking to Epstein in the early 90s.

“2025: Redacted,” Newsom posted on his X account along with a 20-second clip that began with a voiceover saying: “And with that, the 2025 season ends. Good night.”

Footage played on the 2009 Mumford & Sons hit White blank page.

Newsom’s video, which showed a blurred image of Trump inside Epstein’s desk, was initially published by the Justice Department on December 19, a deadline set by Congress to release all the files.

The image was removed by officials the next day “out of an abundance of caution pending further review” and later reposted.

But critics quickly learned the photo had been removed, fueling speculation whether the department was hiding evidence of Trump in the files.

A caption accompanying the image in the video posted by Newsom read, “DOJ defends removal of Trump photo from Epstein files.”

The president is not accused of wrongdoing in connection with Epstein’s crimes, and the presence of any individual within the files does not indicate wrongdoing.

He wrote to colleagues informing them that flight records obtained from Epstein’s private jet showed that Trump had flown in it “Many times more than have been reported before.”

This appears to contradict a claim made by Trump on Truth Social while campaigning for president in January 2024, in which he clearly declared: “I was never on Epstein’s plane.”

Just 30 minutes after Newsom posted the video, Justice Department officials acknowledged that they had “potentially” disclosed more than a million documents related to the Epstein case, and that it could take several weeks to release them all.

“We have attorneys working around the clock to review and make legally required corrections to protect victims, and we will release the documents as soon as possible,” the statement said.

The Trump administration is facing more backlash over partially releasing the files by the December 19 deadline and the Justice Department appears to be struggling to redact the remaining files.
