Three people called themselves three Muscater, who chased a person driving their dog before stabbing in a street, one has heard by a court.
CCTV footage played for gamblers in Chelmsford Crown Court showed 30 -year -old Kepher Shepherd, on a lead with his pets, last year was followed by three men in a broad day light in a broad day light at Great Bado near Chemsford of Essex.
The chase shown in the footage began on October 15 at 12.24 pm.
Mr. Shepherd was found lying on the floor by a cleaner at around 12.30 am by a cleaner, working in a nearby block and dialing 999.
Mr. Shepherd was declared dead on the spot at Meadgate Avenue at 1.22 pm that day.
20 -year -old Joseph Dave, Great Bado, Zack O’cafe, 20, Stafford Green, Langdon Hills, Basilden, and 20 -year -old Harrison Carpenter, Ben Wilson Link, Springfield, all deny and are on testing.
Tracy Ayaling Casey, the prosecution stated that Mr. Shepherd was “clearly caught by three men and was found dead shortly after, stabbed a knife twice with a knife”.
He said that the knife was “big” and the force used was such that the depth of the wound was 13 to 15 centimeters, which passed through his left lungs and “coming out of his other part in her heart”.
Ms. Ayalling said that the prosecution is that the three defendants are “jointly responsible”.
He said, “A person may have given a deadly explosion, but the prosecution case is jointly responsible as they were working together in a joint attack,” he said.
He continued: “You will hear that the defendants called themselves three muskters.”
Ms. Ayaling said that the cleaner Holi Dafet, who had dialed 999, said that she saw three people running on the road and in the middle the man was putting a knife in the waistband of his trousers.
In the footage of the call played in the court on Tuesday, Ms. Dafet said that a man had a “mass leg”, saying: “I don’t know if he had stabbed her or something else.”
CCTV footage was played in three men in a news at 12.21 pm, which was stabbed shortly before stabbing, and later at the carpenter’s grandmother’s address in Stock village, from 1.10 pm.
In a statement read by the prosecutor, Carpenter’s girlfriend Olivia McLevane said she was with a carpenter in Chelmsford on 15 October.
He said the pair was sitting on a bench when Carpenter received a phone call and met O’cafe, who was driving a car, and Dave, who was a passenger in the vehicle.
In her statement, Ms. McCalevne said, “She calls herself three muskatters.”
Ms. Ayaling said that Ms. McCaleveni knew that Zack O’Kif was a drug dealer – she said that she did not hide the fact “.
“Perhaps the plan was to get some food, but suddenly the Zack stopped the car as if he had seen someone that he knew,” said Ms. Ayaling, while summarizing the evidence of Ms. McLaveni.
He said that the three people got out of the car and they left for about half an hour.

He said the carpenter attended a police station and handed over himself to himself on 16 October, and O’Keefe and Dave “were not located until October 18”.
