From Nova Agritech to Harshdeep Hortico Ltd, 6 new IPOs this week

These include one mainboard and five small-medium enterprises initial public offerings (IPOs). So, let’s take a look at the upcoming IPOs this week:

Nova Agritech: The only mainboard IPO to open in the upcoming week is Nova Agritech. The IPO will be available for subscription on January 23 and will end on January 25. The price band for the offer has been set at Rs 39-41 per share. New equity shares worth Rs 112 crore will be issued in the initial public offering. Apart from this, 77.5 lakh shares will be sold through OFS.

Brisk Technovision: Brisk Technovision IPO will launch from January 23. Investors can invest in it till January 25. The price of one share in the IPO has been fixed at Rs. 156. Retail investors will get 50 percent shares. It has been learned that the size of this IPO is Rs 12.48 crore.

Phonebox Retail Limited: The initial public offering (IPO) of Phonebox Retail Limited will begin on January 24 and end on January 29. The price band for this IPO has been set at Rs 66-70. Unlisted shares of this IPO are being sold at a premium of Rs 50 in the gray market. The company plans to raise Rs 20.37 crore through this IPO.

Delaplex: Delaplex IPO will also start from January 24. Investors can also bid for this IPO of Rs 46 crore till January 29. One lot of a corporation consists of 600 shares. The IPO pricing band is Rs. 186-192. The promoters’ stake in the company is 100 percent, which will reduce to 73.66 percent after the IPO.

Megatherm Induction: The release date of Megatherm is January 25th. The company hopes to raise Rs 53.91 crore through this IPO. The company has set the price range for its IPO at Rs 100-108 per share. The IPO of Megatherm Induction will close on January 30. Megatherm Induction is a division of Megatherm Electronics.

Harshdeep Hortico Limited: The IPO of Harshdeep Hortico Limited will also start on January 25 and end on January 30. The value of the IPO is Rs 19.09 crore. The price band of the IPO is Rs 42 to Rs 45 per share. Each IPO lot consists of 3000 shares.
