French ambassador’s mobile phone stolen from Delhi Chandni Chowk, police take strict action

The French ambassador’s cell phone was stolen.

Crime incidents are on the rise in Delhi, the country’s capital, these days. Thefts, murders and robberies have been reported in the capital area. So far, the news has been about ordinary people. Surprisingly, however, even the French ambassador is not safe in the country’s capital. The French ambassador’s mobile phone was stolen from famous areas like Chandni Chowk in Delhi.

In fact, the French Ambassador to India, Dr. Thierry Mathieu, had submitted an electronic complaint on October 20. In his complaint, he said his mobile phone was lost near a Jain temple in Delhi’s Chandni Chowk area. In response to this case, the Delhi police took severe action and arrested 4 people. The mobile phone has been recovered, Delhi Police said.
