Police say that a four -year -old child died after drowning in a pond at Ontar’s proton station.

Ontario Provincial Police says the authorities were called to a farm in Southgate Township in North -West of Toronto after 7 pm on Sunday.

He received a report that a child floated with family members went missing.

They say that police dogs, fire and emergency services searched the property and a pond at the scene.

Emergency employees found the body of the missing child on Monday morning.

The police did not release more details about the incident or the identity of the child.
