The police said in a statement: “Many persons entered a manufacturing building and had access to the roof.

“Authorities along with colleagues of Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service were deployed at the scene and four persons were arrested.

“This is an ongoing investigation and we will ask members of the public to escape from the site at this time.”
