Four bodies recovered from railway tracks in Jharkhand’s West Singhbhum district

Four bodies, including a woman and two children, were found on railway tracks in Jharkhand state’s Sisingbhum district on Saturday, a senior RPF official said.

P Shankar Kutty, Commander, Railway Protection Force (RPF), Chakradharpur Division, said that the incident took place between Khandaposi-Talapur station in Chakradharpur Division of South Eastern Railway.

He said that while the incident was under investigation, it appeared to be a murder.

He added that the victims, who apparently belonged to the same family, were suspected of being murdered and their bodies dumped on the tracks.
