Former child actor Shawn Weiss, who played the Goldbergs mighty ducks film franchise, He is calling on fans to help him locate the former nickelodeon star Tyler Chase recently left fans worried after his appearance in a viral video.
Chase, 36, was spotted disheveled and homeless on the streets of Riverside, California. In several clips filmed by fans, he confirmed that he was on nickelodeon series Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide,
according to tmzRiverside police said they are familiar with Chase, and interact with him at least once a week, offering him mental health services, substance abuse treatment and temporary housing, which he consistently declines.
Independent Riverside Police have been contacted for additional information.
As the former actor’s circumstances left fans concerned, Weiss addressed the situation in a video posted to Instagram on Monday. “I have received many messages about [Tylor Chase],” he said. ”I reached out to some of my friends, and we have a bed for him in detox, and we have a place for him to go and get long-term treatment.”

He added, “Now we just have to find her. I’m not in Los Angeles, otherwise I would have gone looking for her myself.”
“We heard he’s at La Sierra in Riverside. I don’t really know where he is, but if anyone can go and meet Tyler face to face, please DM me so we can get him some help in time for the holidays.”
Weiss, 47, has struggled with drug addiction and has been open about his path to recovery. “When I started getting that kind of support from people and I started doing better, it became a thing where I didn’t want to let anyone down,” he said in an April episode. Pod Meets World podcast.

Werkheiser, who led the classic teen sitcom from 2004 to 2007, hoped that people would stop filming and uploading videos of Chase online for views.
“My only hope is that from this exposure, someone with real understanding and resources can come forward, treat Tyler, and help him get back on track. We all want a happy ending,” he said.
