A former PE teacher has produced in court on charges of 13 sexual offenses against three children.
Bronwen James, 29, or Chipneham, WiltshireThe Salisbury Magistrate appeared in the court on Wednesday.
He is accused of sexual activity with two girls and a boy over a period of three years.
James is accused of six offenses of sexual activity with a child, which belongs to girls under 16 years of age, unlike the Sexual Offenses Act.
He is also accused of two cases of sexual communication with a child and a count of creating pornographic photographs of a child, namely a category C – the lowest serious category – the first generation image.
The former teacher is also accused of four cases of sexual activity with a boy, which is contrary to the Sexual Offenses Act 2003.
Wiltshire police It was earlier confirmed that James had taught PE at Hardenhish School in Chippeneham and Btonne Park School in Southampton.
The bench president Stephen Harrison told James that his case would be heard further Salisbury Crown Court On 7 August.
He said: “We will send them to the Crown Court only due to being indecent on the basis of three of these crimes, which means that they can only be heard in the Crown Court.
“Other 10 offenses are crimes associated and therefore will be included in the hearing for the Crown Court for the hearing.”
James was granted bail with conditions.
He has no contact with three complainants and has no unsafe contact with anyone under 16 years of age.
Mr. Harrison asked James to confirm what he understood what he had said and to repeat the conditions of bail to the court, which he did.
During the short hearing, James, who was wearing a cream to-piece outfit, also spoke to confirm his name, date of birth and address.
He was not asked to enter any argument against him.
During the hearing, Seobhan Oxley appeared for the prosecution, while Joshua Clements represented James.
James will next appear before the Crown Court on August 7 for a petition and preparation for a test.
