A retired New York City restaurant owner has been charged with DUI after his wife died in a golf cart accident in Florida,
Angelo Theodosiou, 64, who was driving at the time of the crash, reportedly had bloodshot eyes and smelled of alcohol, according to a St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
His 58-year-old wife, Christina Theodosiou, fell out of the vehicle and hit her head on the ground and later died from her injuries.

The incident occurred around 10:45 pm on November 30 in the coastal community of Nokati, where the couple had retired several years ago.
