C-295 aircraft manufacturing base inaugurated in Vadodara
Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a post on social media about India’s pace of self-reliance in the defense sector. This was the take-off period of India’s defense revolution, he wrote. Prime Minister Modi wrote in a blog post that India’s defense and aerospace industry ushered in important opportunities yesterday. The C-295 aircraft manufacturing base was inaugurated in Vadodara in the presence of the President of the Spanish Government and my friend Pedro Sánchez.
In his post, Prime Minister Modi detailed India’s defense achievements in recent years. These achievements make us proud, he said. In just two years we went from a cornerstone to an operating facility. It is a symbol of the new work culture and capabilities of Indians.
