Flag the foundation of Mahi Banswara nuclear power plant.

Jaipur, September 24 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch a historic development package for Rajasthan on Thursday (September 25) on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Pandit Dendayal Upadhyay.

He will inaugurate and inaugurate projects worth more than Rs 1,22,670 crore in Banswara and dedicate them to the nation.

Of these, projects worth more than Rs 1,08,468 crore will directly benefit Rajasthan, including Rs 42,000 crore Mahi Banswara nuclear power project, the state’s second nuclear power plant.

Under the Panchmrit Action Plan of India, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone for clean energy projects and transmission systems worth Rs 63,683 crore, including seven solar power projects priced at Rs 14,445 crore.

Transmission lines worth Rs 13,183 crore will also be inaugurated to vacate renewable energy from Rajasthan renewable energy sector phase 4 and phase 5.

With a total production capacity of 9.6 GW, these projects in five states will accelerate India’s clean energy infection.

The Prime Minister will further inaugurate the foundation stones for major water resources projects worth Rs 20,833 crore, which includes Ram Jal Setu Link Project, Peacock Sagar Artificial Reservoirs in Ajmer and Brahmin Barrage in Bartargarh.

Road connectivity will also be encouraged with projects worth Rs 2,636 crore, while the price of mega drinking water projects will provide clean and accessible water to rural and urban families in many districts at a cost of about Rs 5,884 crore. In addition, he will dedicate important social infrastructure.

Residents of Bharatpur will get a new 250-bed RBM Hospital built at a cost of Rs 128 crore, while the inauguration of Jaipur IT Development and E-Governance Center will be inaugurated inauguration of Rs 140 crore.

A sewerage of Rs 226 crore and water infrastructure projects will also be launched in Makrana (Nagaur) and Mandawa (Jhunjhunu).

Through video conferencing, the Prime Minister will further strengthen connectivity with three new trains -Bikaner -Deli Cantt Vande Bharat Express, Jodhpur -Dali -Deli Cantt Vande Bharat Express, and Udaipur City -Chandigarh Express.

Along with appointment letters to be distributed to 15,000 youth in Rajasthan, employment opportunities will also be conducted.

These include 5,778 animal hostess, 4,197 junior assistants, 1,800 junior instructors, 1,464 junior engineers, 1,200 third-class teachers as well as other posts and compassionate appointments.

With this mega development push, Rajasthan is ready to make a big jump on the path of inclusive development and self -reliance, covering areas ranging from energy, water and infrastructure to healthcare, education and employment.
