Mumbai, 16 September (IANS) Maharashtra BJP MLA Siddharth Shirol, on the eve of the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, recalled his first meeting and picture in 2013, saying that it was a moment that strengthened his resolve to serve the society with the same dedication, vision, and humility, which defines Narndra Modi.
“That picture of 2013 and the memory of that first meeting remains in my heart. Beyond the leader who would move forward to change the syllabus of India’s fate, I saw a person whose simplicity, reach, and hearty relationship with people separated him. It was a moment that strengthened my resolve to serve the society with the same dedication, vision, and humility.
“Although I was killed the most, however, he did not pay attention to his fast vision or expansion, but he was humble. When I requested a picture with him, he smiled warmly, easily agreed, and then called my father to join the frame. The indication to include my father, to make a shared memory for our family, he reflected his human touch,” he said. “

He added, “I had the privilege of presenting Modi ji with a detailed comparative report on the development model of Gujarat, showing the progress achieved under his leadership in contrast to the rule of Congress ruled states. He listened with real interest, and even invited him to travel to Gajarat and even gave an invitation. It was a transformative.”
Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister and Urban Development Minister Eknath Shinde announced that Namo Udin will be developed in 394 city councils and municipal panchayats in the state with a provision of Rs 1 crore for each park. He said that this is a gift given by Maharashtra on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday.
“It has been decided to develop a park in all the municipal councils and nagar panchayats of the state under the unique and new Nagar Panchayat, Municipal Scheme. For this, these parks will be named ‘Naamo Udian’. Shinde.
A competition for these newly developed parks will be organized at the divisional level. Through this, prizes will also be given to three municipal councils/nagar panchayats from each division.
In the Namo Udyan competition, first, second and third place awards will be announced for the local self -government bodies concerned. A prize money of Rs 5 crore for the first place, Rs 3 crore for the second place and the municipal councils who win Rs 1 crore for the third place will be given as additional development fund.
