Finally figured out, what’s the real reason for Schumer’s closure?

I just found a very fascinating video of some unknown woman claiming she thinks she knows exactly what’s behind the Schumer shutdown and I have to say I think she’s totally got it!

So while I’m not in the habit of posting random TikTok videos here, I thought this one was so cool that I wanted to share it with you.

This isn’t hard news, it’s just this woman’s opinion, but she’s getting double the applause from me.

Okay everyone, so I’m going to Capitol Hill. Just got off the metro.

Ok. So, they’re voting on the Shutdown Fairness Act today.

But I figured something out, okay?

I think I understand why this shutdown is happening, because I’ve been scratching my head, “Why are the Democrats shutting down the government, depriving federal employees and the military of basically pay and food, and then depriving the military of their health care through TRICARE?”

I’m like, “This doesn’t make any sense. Why are you so bent on this?”

And I don’t think it has anything to do with things like, “Oh, these are far-left radicals.” No.

This has nothing to do with – that they’re against Trump. No.

This has nothing to do with him.

It is related to insurance companies.

So, I found out these people – even though the government is shut down because of the ACA – their payments are coming directly into their bank accounts from the Treasury every month.

So the insurance companies – UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Molina, Kaiser – they’re getting paid now, mandated payments every month, while federal employees and the military get nothing.

And so now it’s finally making sense.

This has nothing to do with health care.

This has to do with the billions of dollars in dark money the insurance companies have, because keep in mind, if they lose the ACA credits for the next year, they don’t get any of that money.

They will not get anything from that money.

So, even though tax credits are β€œtax credits,” what actually happens is that these tax credits are paid on behalf of you – the insured – and they go directly to the insurance companies.

That’s why Democrats are fighting this so hard.

This has nothing to do with people’s premiums.

This has to do with insurance companies not getting billions and billions of dollars in January and next year.

So, what finally happened to me this morning – and it took me so long – I had to do the research to find out how those tax credits were paid.

But this shutdown, it’s about them.

It’s about billion-dollar insurance companies.

And so everyone, at least the Democrats’ talking points, are like, “Oh, premiums are going to go up.”

Uh, why don’t you hold insurance companies accountable?

These are not market rates.

They are setting the premium.

They are the ones who are making the decisions to keep humans without healthcare.

It has nothing to do with what the government does.

If anything, the government is making it worse.

The problem lies with the insurance companies.

They are setting the premium.

They’re setting the rates, and then their providers – who they own – they own the hospitals, and the providers are setting these obscene rates for procedures.

And so they are making money from the hospitals.

This entire shutdown has nothing to do with healthcare and nothing to do with billion dollar corporations – UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Kaiser, Molina.

They are the same people who are keeping the government closed right now.

And how dangerous is it for corporations like them to have black money linked to our politicians.

And this is the reason why the entire government is closed at this time.

And I’ve finally figured it out, because I couldn’t figure it out – why would the Democrats do this unless the insurance companies threatened to defund his re-election next year?

And it is there.

This is all about health insurance companies and not about people trying to access healthcare.

‘Because if you were trying to give people access to healthcare and you wanted to make it affordable, you force insurance companies to stop raising their premiums and you cap those premiums every year.

Well, if you haven’t followed them all, allow me to offer this brief summary – as well as ask ChatGPT whether the theory makes sense and holds up, and you might be surprised to find that it does:
