The suspected, Peter Stinson, a resident of Virginia, served as an officer in the United States Coast Guard from 1988 to 2021. He was also a FEMA instructor along with a sharpshooter during that time.
In an affidavit filed on Friday, a task force officer of the Bureau of Investigation (FBI) revealed the details about the innumerable of online dangers that were allegedly created by Stinson.
