Families ‘worried sick’ about four boys missing after going on camping trip

The families of four teenage boys missing after going on a camping trip say they are ‘frantic with worry’.

Jevon Hurst, Harvey Owen, Wilf Henderson and Hugo Morris were last seen leaving in a silver Ford Fiesta on Sunday morning – but have not been seen or heard from since.

They are believed to have been traveling near the coastal areas of Harlech and Porthmadog in north Wales and heading towards Snowdonia, MailOnline reports.

The group was to return on Monday morning but none of them had any contact with the relatives and their Everyone’s phones are switched off.

Their families say that lack of contact is the reason for depravity.

It is believed the teenagers were from the Shrewsbury area and were also said to be experienced campers who had equipment.

The police has immediately started searching for the youth after their disappearance.

Harvey’s mother shared the appeal issued by North Wales Police on Facebook and said: ‘I am frantic with worry, one of these boys is my son Harvey, please share and tag anyone in Wales or you who have If you have any information, stay in touch with him. ,

Lisa Corfield, believed to be the mother of Wilf’s girlfriend, wrote: ‘He was missing Snowdonia after going camping yesterday and was due home this morning but has not been seen or heard from since.

‘Please share with as many people as possible so we can try to get them home safely, thank you.’

Police and mountain rescue teams are combing the area and have urged anyone who may have seen them to contact them immediately.

North Wales Police issued an appeal for ‘missing persons’ on Facebook and said: ‘Police are concerned about 4 young males missing from the Harlech/Porthmadog area since the morning of 19/11/23.

‘The names of the four men are Jevon Hurst, Harvey Owen, Wilf Henderson and Hugo Morris.

‘They were traveling in a silver Ford Fiesta registration HY14GVO.

‘Any sightings please contact North Wales Police and quote reference number A184194.’
