‘Fake Advocate’ exposed: J&K HC cancels the license of Srinagar Man after 16 years

Srinagar, May 13, KDC: TeaHe has canceled the nomination certificate of advocate Sajad Ahmed Shah by the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh as it was found that he had received a fake and fake LLB degree.

On May 13, 2025, according to the notification number 464 RG/LP, the decision was taken on April 29, 2025 as per a proposal passed by the Admission and Nomination Committee.

Advocate Sajad Ahmed Shah, son of Gah Mohad Shah, a resident of Aquilmi, a resident of Aquilmi, in Srinagar, was nominated as an advocate under the license number JK-225/09 dated on July 17, 2009.
