Urquiola combines Mediterranean design with contemporary style that reflects the rhythm of the sea, with bronze metal capturing the changing light. Cipollino and Travertino marble lend mineral warmth, and ribbed wood brings a wavy texture.
Facilities include a spacious dressing room, a bedroom with a custom-made king-size bed with fine linens, a Liquefy low table by Urquiola for Glas Italia and a Ruff armchair by Moroso.

The marble bathroom features double vanities, bathtub, separate rain shower and steam room.
Guests have their own living area with a dining table and sofa surrounded by marble paneling. Oversized windows look out to the ocean.

On the terrace, guests can soak up sweeping ocean views from the whirlpool, gather around an alfresco dining table or lounge on outdoor lounge chairs.

Uchila added: “I imagined the owner’s residence as a space that accommodates both the body and the eye, where textures and materials create a sense of protection while remaining open to the movement of the sea.
“For me, it’s about creating a sense of belonging on the water. The project was developed through a long-term trusting relationship and ongoing dialogue with the Aponte family, and this project reflects that.”
