On February 23, 2023, the testimony of Jacqueline Brager, before the Arizona Senate and the House Election Committees, included specific allegations to Arizona’s Governor Katie Hobbes through a racketing and money laundering scheme to Sinaola Cartel.
1. Bragger claimed that Sinaloa Cartel looted money from drug and human trafficking through fraudulent real estate transactions at Maricopa County, Arizona.
She alleged that Hobbes and her husband, Patrick Goodman, were implicated through 11 deeds of the trust filed between 1997 and 2021, six concentrated between 2001 and 2005, during the time of Hobbes, during the time of Hobbes, in Arizer Arizona, in Arizona Arizona, a non -profit organization focused on training democratic women for the political office.

– In particular, Breer claimed that Cartel’s money was used to influence elected officers, judges, prosecutors and law enforcement to ensure compliance with the objectives of the cartel, such as drug and human trafficking operations and elections. Hobbes was named as a beneficiary of these bribes as a prominent officer, although no direct financial transactions or bank records were presented during testimony.

4. With Brezer, Attorney John Theler, claimed to review more than 120,000 documents, which includes not only Hobbes but the state’s secretary Adrian Fonts, Mericopa County Supervisor, Judges and other officials such as the Mayor of Mess. The operation included false work, reducing the hazards for the enterprise, and even the murder to maintain control.

It is claimed that bribery and phantom appointments affected major election positions since at least 2017.
Specific allegations against some state officials, alleging that they have “bribery karma” Cartel’s money.
Ways of bribery and laundering:
Fake mortgage and title companies transferred unattainable cash.
Fake signatures and notices associated with two primary persons, Donna Re Shavez and Brittany Ray Chavez.

It is alleged that many states, counties and university databases were hacked to put wrong records, remove valid documents and make a phantom degree/license.
