“Exclusive or you’ll be closed”: White House warns illegal migrants in America

Washington:

White House Press Secretary Karolin Lewit issued a strict warning to the gang members living illegally in the US on Tuesday (local time), vacating the verdict of a district court after the US Supreme Court, temporarily stopping the Trump administration from using the Foreign Enemies Act (AEA).

During a press briefing, the Press Secretary of the White House said, “Last night, the Supreme Court gave the Trump administration a large legal victory and allowed us to remove foreign terrorist invaders under the Foreign Enemy Act.

Warning particularly targeted groups such as Train-Day-Argua and MS-13, still emphasizing the message to foreign terrorists in the country: “Now remove yourself or you will be closed.”

Earlier, a district court was vacated by the US Supreme Court, in which temporarily the Trump administration was blocked by using the Alien Enemy Act (AEA) to existing Venezuela, allowing the administration to be removed under this warfare power, as reported on Monday.

According to Hill, the issue before the Supreme Court was not whether the AEA was properly implemented to expel the gang affiliation accused, but where those who challenged their exile should file their cases.

The Supreme Court’s decision has said that under the AEA, exile should do this in Texas where they have been detained. The court also emphasized that the people of Venezuela facing exile should be given appropriate notice to allow them to challenge their removal, especially the opportunity to seek “captive relief” before exile, as reported by Hill.

Apart from the exile statement, the Press Secretary also addressed the ongoing storm damage in the US, “The President’s views also remain with families and communities, which are facing disastrous losses from serious storms and affect many states.”
