England are optimistic that left-arm spinner Sophie Ecclestone will be available for the Women’s World Cup semi-finals South Africa On Wednesday.

Ecclestone is England’s joint-highest wicket-taker in the World Cup, having dismissed a dozen players at an average of 15.33. Fellow slow left-armer Lynsey Smith has also taken 12 wickets.
